There’s a misconception that becoming healthier requires a complete overhaul of your diet and lifestyle… overnight. The reality is, trying to change even one aspect of your life can be challenging and time consuming.
You may have been told you need to eat better. You may have already started! However, with your busy life, it can take time before you’re able to stick to it.
If you’ve been diagnosed with a medical condition and advised to avoid certain foods but don’t know where to start, this can also cause disheartenment.
As a private chef, I work with clients, ordering groceries, cooking and prepping meals, and providing nutritional guidance and cooking tips. And, don’t worry, I also do the dishes afterwards!
